Keelworks is an independent software studio in Denmark. This policy covers keelworks.io and the product pages published on its subdomains. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
An email address, if you give us one. Some product pages have a form where you can leave an email address to hear when that product opens. We store the address you type and the name of the product page you typed it on. Nothing else — no name, no company, no payment details.
A count of page visits. Each page keeps a running total of how many times it has been loaded. It is a single number per page. It is not tied to you, to your address, or to any identifier, and it cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting on these pages.
The email address is used for one thing: to write to you about the product you asked about. The visit count is used to judge whether a product idea is worth building. That is the entire purpose.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties, and we do not use them for advertising audiences.
Two service providers process data on our behalf in order to run the site: Cloudflare hosts the pages and stores submitted addresses, and our email provider delivers messages we send you. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Some visitors reach these pages from an advertisement. The advertising platform tells us how many people clicked, in aggregate. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not send it your email address.
An email address is kept until the product it relates to launches or is abandoned, and no longer than two years in any case. Most of these ideas are abandoned, and the addresses are deleted when that happens. You can have yours deleted sooner by asking.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
Keelworks, Denmark — [email protected]. The data controller is the owner of Keelworks; write to that address and it reaches him directly.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
